Resume Pooling

Multi media advertising include online ads, newspaper ads, flyers and radio. We advertise only in major job portals in the country to attract the best qualified employees for your company.

Pre-Screening

Our Recruitment Specialists and Assistants employ a rigorous pre-screening process to assure an eight (8) to ten (10) point fit to your company’s needs. As your recruitment agency in the Philippines, we seek to understand your company’s human resource needs so that we can provide you with qualified Filipino professionals, skilled, and semi-skilled workers.

Preliminary Interview and Training

If necessary and/or upon your Company’s request, we conduct trade and skills testing to make sure that each applicant’s actual skills match those portrayed in his resume. All trade and skills tests are conducted by an established and reputable trade testing center accredited with the Technical and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) of the Philippines.

Further Screening by the Employer

Principalia sends you the resumes of applicants who have passed our pre-screening and trade tests. Your HR Department may then select who you would like to interview.
