Resume Pooling
We employ a comprehensive multimedia advertising strategy that includes online ads, newspaper ads, flyers, and radio. To ensure we attract the most qualified candidates, we exclusively advertise on the top job portals in the Philippines, targeting the best talent for your company.

Pre-Screening
Our Recruitment Specialists and Assistants conduct a thorough pre-screening process to ensure candidates meet an eight (8) to ten (10) point criteria tailored to your company’s requirements. We take the time to understand your specific HR needs, allowing us to provide highly qualified Filipino professionals, skilled, and semi-skilled workers.

Preliminary Interview and Training
Our team conducts interviews to check on the candidate's suitability to your open jobs. When needed, we may also arrange trade tests and skills assessments for positions such as welders, boilermakers, technicians, etc. These assessments may come at an additional cost.

Employer’s Interview
After your HR team shortlists applicants, we coordinate with the candidates to ensure a smooth interview process.

Medicals + Processing of Visa Documents
Principalia manages the timely collection of the documents required from the candidates for visa processing and deployment.

Deployment
Principalia issues Overseas Employment Certificates (OEC's) so we can deploy your workers quickly and on time.
